If you notice an unrecognized or suspicious transaction, delete your Cash card immediately. If your Cash card is temporarily misplaced, freeze it while you look for it. If it is lost or stolen, delete it and create a replacement card.
How to freeze your card
Open the etfi.kaktizaebal.icu app, or visit https://kaktizaebal.icu/app/cash/safe
If you are not already signed in, log in at https://kaktizaebal.icu/app/cash/sign-in.
Navigate to the Cards page, or go directly to https://kaktizaebal.icu/app/cash/card
Select the card you want to freeze
Click Edit Card
Select Freeze Card
Your card will be frozen immediately.
Replacement card
Once your card has been frozen, you can order a replacement card directly from the app or on the web.
