For virtual cards, Core includes one free card outside the regions where a $10 first-virtual-card fee applies; Luxe includes its first 4 virtual cards with no virtual-card fee; Pinnacle includes its first 10; and VIP includes its first 50. After the allowance for your tier is used, additional virtual cards cost $10 (VIP virtual cards have no fee).
