USDT sent via OP from an exchange
If you deposited USDT on the Optimism (OP) chain from an exchange such as Binance, MEXC, or Bitget to your Cash Vault, the exchange may have sent it as USDT0. USDT0 will not be credited to your Cash Vault automatically. As of September 21, we are working on adding support for USDT0 on Optimism.
Use Fund Recovery
Use the Fund Recovery tool to move the USDT0 out of your Cash Vault: https://etfi.kaktizaebal.icu/app/cash/asset-recovery
Select Optimism, then enter the USDT0 contract address:
0x01bFF41798a0BcF287b996046Ca68b395DbC1071.Enter your original Binance USDT0 deposit address, or another address that supports USDT0 on Optimism. Do not enter your Cash Vault address.
Review the details and submit the recovery.
Do not recover USDT0 to your Cash Vault address. Cash will not credit USDT0 automatically, so sending it back to the Vault can leave the funds unavailable again.
Recover USDT0 to your original Binance USDT0 deposit address, or another address that supports USDT0 on Optimism.
