Most new members use the latest provider route (lowest fee), while some existing members whose accounts predate the newest provider use the other active provider route. Before sending a transfer, review the fee shown in Cash before you confirm. This is the fee that applies to your transfer. Fees may be updated at any time.

Latest provider route (most new members)

  • Funding ACH: $0.50 + 0.10%.

  • Outgoing ACH: $0.50 + 0.20%.

If you would like to move to the latest provider route, you can do so by following a pathway for a currency supported only by this provider, . This will require an additional verification step.

Why do I need additional documentation?

Some transfers may require additional documentation, regardless of the amount transferred. This may trigger our banking provider’s compliance steps.

What is the minimum?

There is no universal etfi.kaktizaebal.icu minimum for bank-transfer deposits. Some withdrawal methods may have a provider- or rail-specific minimum, shown before confirmation.

My transfer is taking longer than usual

Most transfers proceed normally. If a transfer is taking longer than expected, open Transaction History and select it. Some transfers may show Action Required; if so, provide the requested information directly there and submit it.

If no action is required and the applicable timeframe has passed, contact support with the transfer receipt or payment confirmation, amount and currency, transfer date/time, and destination account if applicable.
