SWIFT funding is available for eligible non-US residents using a supported non-US bank account.
Transfers must be sent in USD. US banks are not supported for this rail.

Incoming SWIFT deposits: 3–5 business days (please allow up to 7 business days for provider and bank processing). Once received, USD is converted to USDC and credited to your Cash account within minutes.
Outgoing SWIFT: timing is shown in your quote before confirmation.

Open Cash → Add Funds → Bank → USD → SWIFT.
Accept the terms if prompted, then copy the bank details exactly as shown.
Initiate a USD SWIFT transfer from your bank and save the transfer confirmation.
Do not send ACH or Fedwire using SWIFT details; the transfer can be rejected.

Review the fee and timing quote, then confirm the transfer.

Funding: $20.00 + 0.10%.
Outgoing: $20.00 + 0.12%.
Your bank or intermediary banks may charge additional fees.

Third party deposits are supported. For a first deposit, we recommend sending funds from a bank account in your own name where possible.

Most transfers proceed normally. If a transfer is taking longer than expected, open Transaction History and select it. Some transfers may show Action Required; if so, provide the requested information directly there and submit it. If no action is required and the applicable timeframe has passed, contact support with the transfer receipt or payment confirmation, amount and currency, transfer date/time, and destination account if applicable.
Transfers can also be delayed or returned because of incorrect bank details, unsupported sending banks, missing required information, or compliance restrictions.
